**Job Title: Business Development Executive (FX Payments)** - on behalf of our client.

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Leveraging your extensive sales experience, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and exceed revenue goals. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will build long-lasting relationships and become a trusted advisor to our clients.

**Responsibilities:**
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on our FX payment solutions.
- Understand client needs and pain points to tailor solutions that address their specific requirements.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and successful contract execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

**Requirements:**
- 2-6 years of experience in sales or Business Development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Confident and persuasive communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
