Job Summary:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at Myriad Technologies Ltd. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role is located in Banbury, with flexibility for some remote work.
Duties:
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
- Create compelling sales pitches and presentations to showcase company products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Negotiate and close deals while effectively managing client expectations.
- Monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in Business Development or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the retail security industry and understanding of customer needs.
