As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for pursuing leads generated from interested parties, overseeing the sales process from start to finish, and managing relationships with both new and existing clients. Your day-to-day activities will include introducing our innovative services, organising and attending pivotal meetings, and ensuring ongoing account management to maintain strong client relationships.
Hours of Work: Full-time, Permanent
Business Development Manager Requirements:
* Excellent sales skills, able to demonstrate empathy and build relationships at all levels.
* Be smart, presentable, attentive and have good presentation skills.
* Have a proven track record of sales in a target driven industry.
* Ideally have experience of B2B selling in professional services.
* Experience of working with the Facilities Management Companies would be advantageous.
* Must have a full driver's licence.
Business Development Manager Benefits:
* �37-40k basic salary subject to experience. Uncapped commission and bonuses with a realistic OTE of �60k+
* 30 days holiday per year (inclusive of public holidays), plus the option to purchase up to 5 extra days.
