Business Development Manager, Needed for our client based in the South West PCB Assembly /Contract Electronic Manufacturing (CEM) markets.
As Business Development Manager you will be required to promote our clients PCB Assembly & Box Build services predominantly across the South of England.
The role will be field-based, calling on existing and new potential customers, with a requirement to visit the manufacturing site in Weston Super Mare.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with new customers, will be sales-focused with strong communication skills. You should be able to think critically be able to demonstrate the ability to execute and agreed sales strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new customer opportunities.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand.
- Maintain existing business relationships.
- Think critically when planning to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Experience in Contract Electronics Manufacturing
- Knowledge of PCB Assembly costings.
- Knowledge of Electronics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Focused and goal-oriented.
The remuneration package will comprise basic salary of £50,000 plus bonus.
