In your position, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the debt recovery process while also providing excellent customer service to clients and managing creditor relationships. You will also seek potential opportunities through Creditor services & wider firms network. This role is ideal for an individual with at least one year of experience in a sales environment, coupled with a solid understanding of the financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your sales expertise to negotiate and implement effective debt recovery strategies.
• Engage with clients and creditors to ensure clear communication and maintain positive relationships.
• Analyse financial data and assess creditworthiness to determine appropriate recovery solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance in debt recovery practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business/Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales/Business Development environment.
• Strong understanding of financial principles
• Debt Recovery/Credit/Litigation knowledge desireable
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good client-facing and networking skills
