Our client is a long-standing and successful marketing agency, based in Banbury. Due to business growth, they are looking to appoint a confident, outgoing person into their sales team, as a Business Development Representative.
The Role:
As a Business Development Representative, you will be working closely with the Senior Account Managers, to bring on new clients for the company. This will be done by contacting potential decision makers and explaining the benefits of outsourcing their marketing activities to the agency, primarily by telephone. You will be fully trained and supported in this role as you develop your skills and experience, with the long-term aim to develop you into a fully-fledged Account Manager.
Our client does not require any previous experience, but is looking for someone with a confident and professional telephone manner, and able to speak with people on the phone clearly. An interest in the IT/Computer sector would also be beneficial.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary of £22,100 with the prospect of this increasing once you become a full Account Manager in around 12-18 month’s time. In addition to the salary, you will earn around £2,000 per annum in bonus for hitting team sales targets.
This role also offers ‘hybrid’ office working upon completion of the probation period – this would typically be 3 days in the office/2 days working from home.
