Form of workRed Recruitment is recruiting a Business Development Representative to join a premier Contact Centre outsourcing business who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to their clients. This role is Monday - Friday on a temporary to permanent basis.
The suitable candidate will have previous customer service experience and have strong communication skills.
The start date for this position is ASAP.
Benefits and Package for a Business Development Representative:
- Salary: £11.53 per hour
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Contract: Temporary to permanent
- Location: Banbury City Centre
- Start date: ASAP
- Full training will be provided with continuous support week to week
Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Representative:
- Outbound calling to generate appointments (no cold calling)
- Selling IT and managed services solutions
- Booking appointments with prospective clients
- Building a good rapport with clients
- Liaising with internal team members
Key Skills of a Business Development Representative:
- Previous telesales experience is required
- A proactive and confident telephone manner
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A good understanding of basic IT and to be computer literate is required
- Positive team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
