Job Title: Business Development Representative

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients, market trends, and new business opportunities within the construction industry.
2. Lead Generation: Generate new leads through targeted outreach, networking, and cold calling to expand our client base.
3. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
4. Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services.
5. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Business Development or sales, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of construction industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
