Job description

Job Title: Business Development Representative

Location: Leeds

Salary: £25k basic salary + £6k OTE

Our client is an innovative digital solutions organisation, delivering workplace technology that transforms document workflow and information management.

With over 30 years' experience in the technology industry, our client is leading the way in helping businesses become more agile, more efficient and more profitable!

They are now searching for ambitious and driven graduates to join their sales team in Leeds as Business Development Representatives!

Role:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound prospecting, inbound enquiries and other lead generation activities
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects through effective communication channels, including phone calls, emails and meetings
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company offering to articulate features, benefits and value proposition to our potential clients
  • Conduct presentations to showcase the company platform, addressing client needs and illustrating how the company offering can solve their challenges
  • Collaborate with senior sales team members to support the sales process, contributing to proposals and provide assistance in preparing for client meetings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities in the CRM system

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Career focused
  • Team player, with the ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
