Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a keen salesperson with experience or someone looking to start their career in sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads – New business generation
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new leads and opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on client inquiries
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, B2B, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM software (eg HubSpot, ConnectWise, etc)
- Basic knowledge of Telecommunications products and services
