Job Description
Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract 03/06/2024 - 30/05/2025, working a 39 hour week, 09:00 – 17:15 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday) and 09:00 – 17:30 (Wednesday).
- The purpose of this job is to support the operation and development of the Sales team.
- Generate leads and opportunities.
- New client acquisition.
- Client meetings.
- Account development planning.
- Work alongside Chemistry and QA departments to provide excellent client service.
- Support InterCompany processes.
- Eurofins BPT brand promotion.
- Provide proposals to clients.
- Generation of quotations.
- Management of UK ComLIMS (CLO, CLQ, CLPA).
- Propose and implement continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- Degree in life sciences is preferred.
- At least two years in a life science environment, and one year in a related role.
- Awareness of GMP.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent documentation and organisational skills.
- Quality consciousness with the ability to consistently work to industry standards.
- Positive, methodical, tenacious, and innovative approach to work.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about quality and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to understand client requirements and able to devise and articulate the most appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrates effectiveness dealing with other EBPT sites.
