We operate sit-down and quick-service restaurants, cafes, lounges and food-led convenience stores, principally in airports and train stations, with a portfolio of around 550 international, national and local brands. About the role
Our Business Development team are an integral part of our success! With an already large portfolio of clients and partners that we work with, our aim is to never stand still, but to keep moving, keep innovating and striving for more opportunities to make stronger partnerships in new areas for the business, all whilst ensuring our existing relationships continue to be nurtured to their full potential.
Our UK& IRL BD team focus on 3 main channels - Rail, Air and Retail. But our ambition doesn’t stop there! As we continually look at new ways to reach more customers the team needs to grow and that’s where you could come in.

What you’ll be doing
- Support in creating comprehensive client packs and updates, ensuring timely follow-up on actionable items.
- Implement a project management approach to track and communicate status updates effectively.
- Coordinate and support brand, partner, and client strategy events and meetings, fostering valuable connections.
- Cultivate strong internal and external networks to bolster our Business Development strategy's success.
- Dive into exciting projects aligned with our 5-year Business Development plan, working closely with different functions.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Demonstrate proven project management expertise, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Showcase strong organisational abilities, with the ability to manage and prioritise workload.
- Leverage strong operational knowledge to support providing feedback to design team on what can be practically executed at local level.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships effectively, influencing and engaging all levels within different organisations.
- Exhibit proficiency in both written and numerical reasoning, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Excel in interpersonal communication, fostering positive relationships and collaboration within the team and beyond.
