Here at Peopleforce Recruitment we are excited to bring to you a new opportunity - a Data Privacy and Commercial IT Digital Business Support Specialist role based in Maidenhead. It would be working for one of our long standing clients, a Global Healthcare Company, on a 12 month fixed term basis. This role would be to support the Business Development Manager in a hands on approach.

Main responsibilities of the role:

• Completing Data Privacy Impact Assessment and related data privacy requests from customers and team members.
• Liaising with customers, fellow team members, and 3rd party suppliers regarding commercial projects and initiatives while providing a top level of training, guidance and signposting.
• Aiding the Business Development Manager – Digital and IT Solutions in the execution of other commercially driven projects and initiatives.
• Conducting demonstrations of new commercial initiatives (such as software, platforms, or processes) to NHS Customers and internal teams for the purpose of explanation, education, and onboarding.
• Assist in process mapping tasks and evaluate processes for increased efficiency by continually improving delivery and support mechanisms.
• Collaborating with relevant EMEA personnel as necessary to facilitate the implementation of commercial and data privacy-focused initiatives.
• Ensuring all activities are performed in compliance with system requirements
• Deliver a high standard of customer service
• Identifying and implementing solutions to data privacy, management and integration issues

Requirements of the role:

• Degree qualified
• Project management skills or experience
• Minimum IT education requirements are necessary for this role
• Good knowledge of data integration patterns/approaches

This role would best suit someone who has experience of working in data privacy, strong experience in MS applications and also an understanding of data security principles.
