Base location –Kingswinford or Nottingham (Hybrid – 2 days a week onsite)

This role will play a key part in leading and delivering on change initiatives and continual improvements.

 

You'll be responsible and accountable for leading and delivering change initiatives, collaborating across multiple business units for seamless transformation, ensuring business readiness plans are in place and defining clear scopes for improvements.  

 

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to move at pace in a strong challenging environment to drive change effectively and efficiently with clear benefits. 

 

You will naturally foster collaborative leadership to drive successful initiative deliveries and performance management. 

 

At all times the customer is our priority so what you do will enhance the customer experience and journey. Working closely with the Customer Experience team to identify opportunities to improve our NPS and Trust Pilot score.  


What we are seeking from you

  • Strong understanding of change principles with extensive experience of identifying solutions, delivering change and business readiness. Understanding of EBS problem solving desired. 
  • Experience of identifying and delivering change focussed on the customer experience.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Good consultancy skills and communication of complex material, such that complex and critical recommendations are accepted and acted upon.
  • Experience of driving and challenging significant change at all levels in the business.
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence and work effectively across functional boundaries.
  • Proven ability to deliver at pace and overcome business obstacles.
  • High level of entrepreneurial ability, able to draw out opportunities and challenge business as usual process and practice.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical skills.
