An opportunity has arisen to join the Business Management Systems Team, Adult Social Care & Health Directorate. As Business Management Systems Support Officer you will play a key role in coordinating the delivery of a range of Management Systems across all divisions within the Directorate.
The post holder will work within a small team and closely with cross functional peers to facilitate our management system lifecycle including policy and programme management, analysis, design, implementation and validation.
You will co-ordinate and facilitate initiatives aimed at delivering against the Directorate’s priorities in Business Continuity Management (BCM), Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR), Environmental Management System (EMS), Sustainability, and Climate Change. This will involve developing and implementing the policy, processes, procedures and systems to ensure the highest standards are maintained. You will continually seek to integrate the Authority’s Management Systems into day-to-day business activities and organisational culture.
This position is ideal for a graduate (or equivalent level) with proven experience in a relevant subject area. You may bring previous experience from Quality Management, Safety and Security, Environmental Management and/or Information Technology to the role. You will hold a full professional or occupational qualification and be able to manage a complex workload effectively with moderate supervision.

The contractual base is Invicta House, Maidstone although the post is currently hybrid working and involves primarily working from home, with occasional office working at locations across Kent.
