All Saints C.E. Junior Academy is a 2 form entry school situated in the Old Town area of Hastings. The school was the first school to join The Diocese of Chichester Academy Trust (DCAT) and is seeking to appoint a part time School Business Manager (3 days, term time only + 1 week).
The school received a ‘Good’ Ofsted in January this year and is well placed to continue its journey to ‘Outstanding’. You would be joining a committed team at an exciting time in schools development.
The new School Business Manager will have the many benefits of being in a successful, family of schools. Business managers from across the Trust work and train together regularly and the Trust has a CPD offer with hundreds of training activities and events for support staff, TAs, teachers, aspiring and existing leaders, Headteachers and governors. We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant professional qualifications and/ or a demonstrably clear commitment to continued professional development;
- Experience in financial management including budgets setting including financial management software
- Evidence of being highly organised and good at prioritising
- Experience of Human Resources and supporting staff
- Experience of Facilities Management and managing site staff
