What will you be doing?
- Proactively approaching new clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking events and online platforms, so develop new business opportunities.
- Cultivating strong and profitable relationships with existing customers, working to understand their needs and upselling additional services.
- Preparing compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
- Leading negotiations with clients to secure contracts.
- Working collaboratively with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Implementing metrics and KPIs to tract the effectiveness of Business Development initiatives.
- Keeping up to date on industry knowledge, emerging technologies and innovations, to remain competitive within the market environment.
- Travelling on company business, i.e. to meet with prospective clients.

What do you need to have?
- Experience in a display and exhibition environment or a related sector.
- You will be a motivated professional with strong commercial awareness.
- You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to work well as part of a team.
Salary:
£25,000 to £30,000 per annum (plus commission).
Hours:
8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday.
8.30am to 4.00pm, Friday.
There is also flexibility for hybrid-working, with approx. 2 days in the office per week.
