Business Manager Needed for Used Car Supermarket in Greater Manchester 

• £25,000 Basic + Commission £60,000 OTE 
• Company Car 
• Monday - Friday + Weekends when required

Role Overview as the Business Manager: 
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximise profitability. Working within a structured sales and finance process, you'll collaborate closely with our sales teams to identify business opportunities. Your role involves selling a range of vehicle add-on products, finance, and asset protection products. You will also play a vital role in supporting sales executives in closing deals effectively and contributing to sales campaigns aimed at boosting finance penetration.
Key Responsibilities of a Business Manager:

• Input and payout of new business applications using various computerised systems
• Ensure deals are processed promptly and in priority order
• Conduct procedural checks for new business, verifying vehicle details, and ensuring all information and documentation are correct
• Resolve queries and issues promptly, maintaining customer satisfaction
• Ensure accurate and prompt payment of all finance deals
• Liaise with the Finance Department for settling financial interests with other companies

Requirements for the Business Manager:

• Experience in the Automotive Industry or relevant transferable skills from the Financial or Retail sector
• Team management experience and transnational expertise
• Familiarity with FCA/FSA service standards
• Strong F&I knowledge
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Influencing and negotiation skills
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with teams and customers
• High attention to detail
• Strong IT skills
• Vehicle Finance experience (desirable)
• Flexibility to work weekends (essential)
