We are in search of an experienced and highly competent Business Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service that reflects brand values. They will possess the skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
The candidate should be confident, enthusiastic, and eager to engage with customers and stakeholders. Collaboration, strong communication skills, and a team spirit are essential, as is fluency in both written and spoken English.
Proficiency in Mac and Microsoft Office is required. Finally, the candidate must excel in working within a team and actively contribute to decision-making and task completion.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, telephone, and in person at the showroom
- Process client requests and collaborate with the Business Development team
- Relay inquiries / ensure tasks are communicated and completed
- Maintain the sales database / website with new products and initiatives
- Schedule meetings and appointments with suppliers and clients
- Update / maintain office policies with HR
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment of all items
- Coordinate with the IT department for office equipment needs
- Manage office operations and procedures
- Provide general support to visitors, including making tea and coffee
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Plan and organise in-house or off-site activities, such as the Christmas party
- Organise deliveries and manage logistics for all orders
- Monitor bespoke production process to ensure timely delivery
- Price and manage shipping
- Manage / prioritise the installation calendar
- Coordinate foreign travel arrangements for installers
- Send necessary equipment and supplies to installation sites in advance
- Ensure compliance with maintenance tasks such as PAT tests and contract renewals
Salary: up to £50k dependent on experience
Hours: 9-5:30pm - office based
