We are looking for a Business Manager to join our growing team.
Role Description: Liaising with customers, working closely with colleagues and external partners to determine their needs and appropriate finance/insurance products for them.
A typical day:
- To facilitate the selling of vehicles and to maximise profitability through the sale of finance packages and insurance products to customers.
- To control and monitor customer database, ensuring that all information is being entered, updated and Used correctly.
- Provide support and guidance with regards to the sales process to Sales Executives.
- Support and liaise with Handover Specialists prior to customers collecting their vehicles.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience as a Business Manager within the motor trade.
- Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills
- You must be able to adapt to each customer and ensure the finance package is tailored to their individual needs
- High motivation levels, with excellent communication and administration skills and have the ability to work well under pressure
- Skilled at creating an environment in which your team can thrive and perform in.
- A professional approach with the ability to coach others.
- Highly organised, attention to detail and able to prioritise.
- Ability to work well under pressure, within a fast paced environment.
- A flexible approach to work.
- Experience of proposals for loan decisions on a daily basis through a variety of means including credit scoring, credit history, affordability analysis.
- Experience of delivering a customer centred product or service.
- Experience of working with finance systems and Microsoft packages, especially excel.
