Key Responsibilities of the Business Operations Manager:
- To effectively coordinate all day-to-day operations in the company, reporting to the Owner.
- To lead a team of office staff to proactively manage the needs of the clients and Care Professionals.
- Ensure that the business has the adequate and suitable resources to carry out operational activities.
- Continue the growth of hours among private clients
- Ensure successful operation of all policies, processes, procedures, and systems and implement a culture of best practice.
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Proven track record in the management of day-to-day operations within a fast moving, commercial business environment at a senior level.
- Strong leadership skills
- Previous experience in homecare management desirable
- Driven and ambitious who loves a challenge
- Fantastic knowledge of CQC regulations
- A team player whose goal is to leverage good service
- Work within a positive environment with amazing team spirit
- 28 + 8 days annual leave per annum
