We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Business Partner Manager.
In this role, you will:
• Ensure contractual responsibilities are upheld through effective monitoring of Service Level Agreements, Process Controls & Risk Management.
• Represent HSBC at relevant industry forums to ensure the best outcome for HSBC and its customers.
• Drive value with the Suppliers and Internal Stakeholders by implementing cost saving opportunities.
• Maintain and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage Service incidents including immediate containment, ensuring urgent remedial action is taken.
