Business Partner Manager

Our Digital Business Services teams are the foundation of HSBC, providing essential support across technology, operations and key central business services for our global businesses and functions. This includes running customer operations, delivering innovative digital solutions for customers and colleagues, managing bank-wide change, and central services such as procurement and real estate management. The teams play a vital role in driving great experiences for customers and colleagues, and enabling the bank’s strategy.

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Business Partner Manager.

In this role, you will:

•    Ensure contractual responsibilities are upheld through effective monitoring of Service Level Agreements, Process Controls & Risk Management.
•    Represent HSBC at relevant industry forums to ensure the best outcome for HSBC and its customers.
•    Drive value with the Suppliers and Internal Stakeholders by implementing cost saving opportunities.
•    Maintain and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
•    Manage Service incidents including immediate containment, ensuring urgent remedial action is taken.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: 

•    A background in Vendor Management is essential.
•    Experience of managing contract risk and performance against Supplier Management frameworks e.g. Archer.
•    A proven ability to manage relationships, able to communicate confidently with Internal and external stakeholders at all levels of management.
•    Effective incident management skills including incident containment, reporting.
•    Worked with budget and cost management would be beneficial.
