About the team
Our IT Service Management (ITSM) team is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team. As a member of our ITSM team, you will be responsible responsible for managing and developing relationships with key business stakeholders to align IT services with business goals and objectives. This will involve working with reporting to deliver insight to the business and identifying by working with the business opportunities for IT to improve their services.
What you will be doing
You will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of our Servicenow platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and implement solutions to meet those needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Act as a single point of contact between the IT department and business units to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define IT service requirements and ensure they are properly documented and understood by IT teams.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with agreed upon service levels and targets.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement, cost reduction, or efficiency gains and work with stakeholders to implement solutions.
- Monitor and report on the performance of IT services to ensure they meet agreed upon targets and metrics.
- Provide leadership and guidance to both business stakeholders and IT teams on ITIL/ITSM best practices and processes.
What you bring:
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices, with experience in implementing ITIL/ITSM principles.
- Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills to build relationships and gain support for platform utalisation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
