What you'll be doingAs Business Services Co-ordinator you'll be fulfilling a central role, supporting different teams with administration and business matters, including the Visitor Experience and Facilities teams and the General Manager.
On a day-to-day level you'll manage communications through our main phoneline and email, process banking and support the organisation of meetings and conferences. You'll also work on a whole property and strategic level, co-ordinating our Property Operations Planning, tracking financial and other statistics and reporting on our performance.
No two days will be the same as you deliver ongoing tasks alongside different priorities at different points in the year. Although you will provide whole property support, you will be based within one of our department teams.
Who we're looking for We'd love to hear from you, if you:- have excellent written and verbal communication and people skills
- are an excellent team player, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to respond and prioritise
- are someone who is highly organised and efficient and shows initiative
- have experience of money handling and financial management processes
- have experience of tracking and processing data and reporting on it
- have the ability to monitor and manage the resources and budgets that are delegated to you
- have the enthusiasm to make a difference and contribute to the core values of the Trust
