Your role will provide essential support to the day-to-day running of the property, our service to our visitors and staff and our longer-term planning and strategic work.

The iconic Ickworth Rotunda is set in 1,800 acres of gardens and parkland and 300,000 visitors come to enjoy the estate every year.
Like the visitors, you'll be able to appreciate and benefit from this stunning setting. The estate team are strong. They are delivering exciting programming and projects and our visitor numbers are rapidly growing as a result. You'll be joining a property team who are very committed to the National Trust’s aims and values and also to each other.
As Business Services Co-ordinator you'll be fulfilling a central role, supporting different teams with administration and business matters, including the Visitor Experience and Facilities teams and the General Manager.
On a day-to-day level you'll manage communications through our main phoneline and email, process banking and support the organisation of meetings and conferences. You'll also work on a whole property and strategic level, co-ordinating our Property Operations Planning, tracking financial and other statistics and reporting on our performance.
No two days will be the same as you deliver ongoing tasks alongside different priorities at different points in the year. Although you will provide whole property support, you will be based within one of our department teams.

- have experience of money handling and financial management processes
