Our client, a well known entertainment company, requires a Business Site Coordinator to work in their Workplace Experience Team. The role involves:Front of houseSite administration, including:Processing payroll for, and fielding issues with on call, liaising with finance to solve any on-call payroll issuesAssistance & administration as needed for leadership teamH&S First Aid & Fire liaisonBuilding management, maintenance, & supplies liaisonMeeting room / seating administrationOn and off boarding (full time hires and contractors)Ensuring access is granted in the right time framesHR LiaisonSupporting IT with onboarding sessions20 hours a week with Tues, Weds & Thurs in the office.
We would like candidates with experience of front of house and admin who can deal with a busy workload whilst remaining calm under pressure. Someone who is enthusiastic and proactive would do well in this role.
