ABC Teachers are working in partnership with a great school who are currently seeking a dynamic and qualified Business Studies Teacher to join their team on a long term basis. The is a vibrant and forward-thinking educational institution committed to providing high-quality learning experiences for students. The role till entail teaching both KS4 and KS5 Business studies so experience teaching both is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and interactive Business Studies lessons.Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in the subject.Foster a positive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and creativity.Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and assessments.Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices.Requirements
The successful Business Studies Teacher will have;
Degree in Business Studies or related field.Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Proven experience in teaching Business Studies at GCSE Level is essential. Ability to teach 6th form is preferred.Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum and assessment frameworks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)*All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
