Business Support Administrator
Taskmaster Recruitment are looking for anBusiness Support Administratorto work for our client based at their office in Newport, Isle of Wight.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing purchasing transactions and creating purchase orders and invoices.
- Supporting the Maintenance, Finance, Trade and Operations with administrative requirements.
- Supporting with the issuance of permits for trade businesses.
- Data entry into Excel.
- Responsible for creating daily and weekly reports.
Key Skills/Attributes:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient and able to handle high workloads.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to pick up new information quickly.
Hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:00
Pay rate: £10.90PH
