Business Support Administrator - Godalming, part-time 13 month FTC
To work for a very friendly but professional organisation in Godalming. A lovely team!
Duties include:
Processing orders, quotations
Inputting orders accurately and updating databases.
Customer liaison, resolving enquiries, updating customers on order status
Administration of quotation system
Shipment documentation preparation, invoicing
International Shipping and freight forwarder liaison
Working closely with Sales Team
Maintenance of demonstration stock
General Admin Duties.

Salary I Benefits
23-25,000 pro rata - 12 hours per week (flexible)
25 days holiday plus BHs pro rata
