SalaryThe timeframes are up to 12 months and realistically we would be looking for long term support i.e. due to the training it would be beneficial to have the same people for long term rather than different people each week for example.
The Job descriptions for RMBC posts are generic job families and as such, we are not able to amend these and can just add some criteria on the front sheet, and most of the Key duties and responsibilities section do not relate to the Rothercare Assistant role as They do not do care plans or medication etc. I have attached the job profiles.
