We have a new opportunity for a Trainer Support Manager to join us. This position is suited to someone with excellent communication skills who wants to work fully remotely.
The Trainer Support Manager will support our Trainers via email and video calls. Attitude, enthusiasm and a desire to learn are the most important characteristics. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting our Trainers to an agreed service level.
- Scheduling, publishing, confirming, cancelling & other course administration.
- Customer support via email and telephone.
- Social media and community management
Requirements:
- Customer service skills and experience.
- Able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Computer literate and comfortable with learning how to use new software
- Experienced with MS Word and Excel.
- Organised with great attention to detail.
- Experience at a training company (not essential).
