Description
We're looking for a dynamic apprentice to join our successful team and work alongside us to expand our business further. The role will be fast paced and will require you to manage several competing priorities including both marketing activities through multiple channels and supporting the business in a varied capacity, no two days will be the same!

• Managing social media & digital marketing activities
• Updating the Company website
• Researching opportunities for new business growth & marketing
• Liaising with printers and other suppliers for marketing collateral
• Managing corporate hospitality and sponsorship packages
• Coordinating charity events, social activities, networking & exhibition events PR activities
• Organising sales meetings & agendas
• Providing Management Information on sales & marketing activities
• General business administration support

Entry requirements
Minimum of 4 X GCSEs grades 9-4 (A-C) including English and Mathematics
Training to be provided
Multi Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard: The successful candidate will undertake a fifteen-month, nationally recognised qualification through TDM. This is a work-based learning programme which will require commitment to block weeks in an online training room once every quarter working towards the qualification along with weekly off the job training and monthly coaching sessions.
You will be required to demonstrate through the standard that you meet all competencies and behaviours, which will lead to the achievement of the qualification. You will have a designated mentor in the workplace to support your learning and at the end of programme will be assessed via an external assessment body. This is a Level 3 qualification

Are you able to travel to the employer’s premises on a daily basis?
You will be fully trained and supported, however, we are seeking an exceptional apprentice who will “hit the ground running”

We would like to “develop” the right apprentice to “grow” with our Business. Consideration will be given to the apprentice progressing onto the Level 6 Digital Marketing Degree Apprenticeship.
