Role Purpose
Full Time position - 37 hours per week until May 2025

We have an opportunity for a highly organised and effective Business Support Officer to join our Business Development and Engagement Team and provide a range of administrative support duties to our team working on the UKSPF project.
Main Responsibilities
The post holder will undertake a range of general administrative duties including support for meetings and events and collating and reporting data. Please see Job Description for more details of the role.
The Ideal Candidate
We would welcome applications from candidates with good interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail. You will be competent with MS 365 including Excel and Sharepoint as you will be using these applications daily.
Experience
- Significant experience in an administrative role, using computerised systems.
- Experience of using a range of IT systems, including Word, Excel, email and databases.
- Experience of producing documents to a high quality standard.
- Experience of financial administration/budget management as relevant to the role.
- Experience of customer care.
- Experience of supporting projects.
Experience in the education sector will be an advantage, however we would welcome applications from all sectors.
This is a hybrid role, where you will be based in one of our designate learning centres in Poole, Bournemouth, Blandford, Dorchester or Weymouth with the flexibility of some homeworking. This is a full time post for a fixed term until May 2025.
