Business Support Officers/ Asset Performance Coordinators required to work with Worcester based Housing Association Maintenance Divison for on going temporary contract.
My client requires Business Support officers to help keep on top of new and existing disrepair cases submitted by tenants, ensuring that key information and progress is captured and recorded accurately. Work closely with other members of the team and with a wide range of internal & external stakeholders.
Previous housing experience not essential, but strong customer focus, attention to detail, solutions focused attitude and proactive hands on approach required.
This role can work remotely from home, with occasional attendance in regional office in Worcester when required on occasions, subject to business needs.
Candidates must be in a commutable distance of Worcester.
Vacancy Details:
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 8 hours per day. 40 hours per week.
Location: Worcester/ remote working
Pay rate: £15 per hour
Duration: 2/3 months temporary position
Requirements:
- Good IT knowledge and computer skills
- Good Communication skills
- Previous Business Support/administration experience
- Must be in a 30 minute commutable distance of Worcester
