Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Support Officer based in Worcestershire. This is a contract role working full time hours.
The job:

• Act as a first point of contact for the service via phone and email
• Collate and prepare reports, arrange and assist with meetings, taking minutes and notes, distributing files and documents accordingly
• Handle administrative tasks, drafting responses, electronic and manual filing
• Provide advice to service users, assist with forms and applications as standard

The candidate

• Experience working Business Support or administration required
• Minute taking/strong note taking experience required
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office

The client can offer hybrid working for the position, with a minimum two office days expected.
