The Role:
To deliver a high-quality, cost-effective and timely Business Support service to START.
Due to the essential services provided by the START team, this job does not offer remote working.
This role is a 24-hour week part-time role, offering 4 days per week, 6 hours per day from 12:00 - 18:00. The successful candidate's working days will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
What the job actually requires:
Triaging and screening phone calls and emails Uploading case notes onto our CRM, Mosaic Processing timesheets and mileage claims, meeting payroll deadlines.General Administrative Duties - Stationery ordering, scanning, typing, minutesSupporting the START service and case managers
