About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Business Systems Manager to join our IT team.
As our Business Systems Manager, you will help the business understand what applications are needed to improve operations across all areas of the business.
You will oversee the implementation, configuration, and deployment of SaaS products across OFG. Our Business Systems Managers are a critical part of our operational success.
Our ideal candidate will have a business and technical background, and ideally have experience with iSams. You will use your knowledge to ensure our various SaaS products are properly integrated with other internal systems whilst making sure any critical business data is passed to our data warehouse.
You will monitor system performance and act as an interface with third parties to get any issues resolved. You will use your customer service skills to provide support to users and help develop training materials and ensure that each application is used correctly and effectively.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Experience as an application manager, product manager or Business Systems Manager or in a similar commercial role
Familiarity with agile and/or project management techniques
An understanding or hands-on experience of the product lifecycle
Technical understanding, with the ability to translate complex processes in a simple and digestible format
The ability to meet objectives within agreed deadlines
Customer service skills
Experience working to service level agreements/targets
The ability to work accurately at a pace
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
