The Role: As a Business Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. From introducing fundamental business concepts to exploring real-world case studies, you will create dynamic learning experiences that ignite curiosity and foster critical thinking skills. With a focus on practical application, you will empower students to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to excel in their future careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum and promote active learning.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular initiatives and enrichment opportunities.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Relevant degree in Business Studies or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Business at the secondary level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
