The Role: Bussiness Teacher

Start date: ASAP

Location: Durham

Pay Scale: £140 - £220 per day (DOE)

A Business Studies Teacher is required for a lovely Secondary school in Durham. You will deliver Business Studies lessons to KS4 and 5 pupils in this role. This is an ongoing position starting as soon as possible and will potentially run until the end of the academic year in July 2024.

The ideal Business Studies Teacher candidate will be a Business Study QTS teacher who can deliver lessons for GCSE, BTEC Sixth form students and can teach for the Cambridge National Enterprise and Marketing course, which is on offer to the Sixth form students.You might be a new graduate considering a role as a Teacher, a TA or HLTA or someone with a Post 16, Youth Work or Outdoor Education qualification. The school is mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.

The ideal candidate would:

• Have good classroom management skills

• Have a passion for teaching Business Studies to KS3 and KS5

• Have good classroom management skills

• Have a passion teaching Business Studies

• Have excellent subject knowledge

• Be able to organise themselves

We are keen to hear from both experienced teachers or ECT's.
