Business Transformational Lead

MCS Group are currently working with a global manufacturing firm who are currently planning out the company growth over the next 5 years. In doing so they need an experienced Business Transformation Lead to guide these digital plans across the group.

Your responsibilities:

Managing the digital transformation across the business.
Creating documentation for the "AS-IS" and "TO-BE" of the implementations and how they are going to take place.
Manage the ERP System and map out any Continuous improvement upgrades.
Improve cross functions operating procedure to improve efficiency. (sales, accounts etc)

Requirements:
5 years of experience Implementing, adapting and managing an ERP System.
Project Management experience (3+ years)
Manufacturing environment experience.
valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Remueration:
Monday - Friday (early Friday finish)
Up to £70,000
On site. (Fivemiletown)
