FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR – Lisburn
SALARY: £12.50 per hour
EMPLOYMENT: Part-time (16-24 hours), temporary opportunity (potential to go permanent!)
REED Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a successful family-run business in Lisburn recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock management and updating the database
- Sales ledger invoicing
- Payment reporting and query resolution
- Preparing invoices for payment
- Assisting with Credit control as and when required
- Customer Support – dealing with any sales queries
- Generating & printing of specific sales reports
- Working with Sage software on a daily basis
- Ad hoc administrative duties as and when required.
What you need to succeed:
- Applicants should have a minimum of 12 months accounts experience together with a working knowledge of Sage software.
- Applicants will be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicants will have previous sales ledger and purchase ledger experience.
- Experience managing and updating stock would be preferred.
