Reed Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a successful and forward thinking business in the manufacturing industry in Belfast and are actively recruiting for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team.

This is a full time permanent opportunity offering excellent benefits.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Lead, the Accounts Payable Administrator will be a point of contact for the Accounts Payable function and will be an integral part of the finance team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Maintain Accounts Payable records on company ERP system
• Reconcile Supplier Statement
• Complete bank reconciliations
• Complete Credit Card Reconciliations
• Support in supplier payments
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues
• Use automated AP system to process invoices for multiple companies
• Raise confidential purchase orders and track data trends where necessary
• Fulfil ad-hoc duties

The Person:

Applicants will have 12 months Accounts Payable experience, ideally gained within the manufacturing industry

Applicants will have experience working with an ERP software

Applicants will have strong MS Excel skills and will ideally be working towards an ATI or equivalent professional qualification

Applicants will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a small team environment. A positive, 'can-do' attitude is important as well as values such as integrity, honesty and commitment.
