Projects Coordinator

Our client is a leading manufacturer, supplier and installers of high-end acoustic blinds, curtains and window shadings into commercial construction and refurbishment projects.

They have an exciting career opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join the business on a permanent basis. The core of this role will be to support the project managers to; organise, co-ordinate and manage delivery of their projects collectively whilst offering technical support.

Project Assistant (Coordinator) 

The Project Assistant (Coordinator) will manage the flow and delivery of multiple activities across projects. Their work provides a valuable link between internal and external stakeholders. In this role you will deliver excellent customer service with the highest attention to detail.  You will thrive in a fast-moving environment and pride yourself in being organised, methodical and analytical.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of client’s document management systems.
• Tracking projects and managing documentation processes – internal and external
• Monitoring and processing client reports and issues
• Ensuring correct templates have been used when preparing client deliverables
• Creation of as built drawings in Bluebeam
• Preparing and monitoring “handover” documentation
• Supporting the delivery team – ensuring requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently
• Action change orders, costs and quotations
• Completion of Prequalification Questionnaires
• Assisting Lead Project Assistant as required

Skills & Knowledge

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Document management and control
• Methodical with a keen eye to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisation and multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritise
• Great interpersonal skills
• Self-motivator
• Epicor, Bluebeam & Sharepoint an advantage but not essential
