SalaryWe are currently looking for a proactive Project Coordinator with previous experience gained in an IT Projects support role. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive working relationship with clients, whilst successfully coordinating a variety of milestones and deliverables.
This full-time position is Monday - Friday home based with occasional face to face meetings in the N. Hampshire/Berkshire area.
Responsibilities
- Assisting senior Project Managers with the delivery of networking and communication technology projects
- Organising project resources and schedules
- Effectively communicating with stakeholders and internal teams
- Producing weekly project reports and end of project reports
- Developing and overseeing projects using Microsoft Project
- Identifying risks for delivering the project
- Managing project timelines to ensure quick deliveries
- Adhere to internal processes
- Build successful working relationships with clients, networks and vendors
Requirements
- Proven experience in Project Coordination in a relevant IT environment
- Working knowledge of project management software (eg. MS Project)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to assist to achieve Service Level Agreements
- Proven track record of working collaboratively with a team
- Car driver living in Berkshire or N. Hampshire area
