We're currently looking for a Business Travel Arranger who can handle all aspects of travel arrangements, ensuring our colleagues have a seamless experience. The role will be working within the People team and reporting into the Fleet and Travel manager.

Responsibilities:
- Booking end to end Business Travel arrangements for colleagues, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and other necessary arrangements as required.
- Ensuring that the most competitive cost-effective arrangements are made.
- Assisting colleagues in resolving any travel-related queries.
- Providing travel related reporting.
- Working in line with SLA’s and KPI’s.
Requirements:
- Ideally Business Travel arranging experience
- Excellent organisation
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
