Job description

Location: Fully Remote – work from anywhere in the UK with potential to travel to one of our offices occasionally. We also offer office-based positions, in our Derry BT48, Durham DH4 or Skipton BD23 offices.

We give you a world of potential

We are looking for engaging and customer centric individuals who are great at relationship building to join our Commercial team. We deal with Buy To Let portfolio landlords and our main purpose is to help customers in financial difficulty. In this role you’ll be dealing with landlords with two or more properties so it’s advantageous for you to have Buy To Let portfolio management experience.

With interest rates rising, our customers need our support more than ever and many have questions about their options right now. You will be able to assist customers in managing their mortgage payments and get back on track, dealing with a variety of queries and requests quickly and effectively.

No two calls will be the same: you could be speaking to customers across a variety of topics relating to their Buy To Let Portfolio and any stage in the collections process. By understanding the needs of the people you are talking to and providing a long-term solution you’ll be helping them on their road to financial recovery. We will train you on everything you need to know. What’s more, while you may start as a Commercial Consultant as the role is known internally, we’re proud to offer development opportunities across our business – we support your progression into more senior roles through continuous development.

We’re offering a generous starting package with excellent bonus earning potential and many other company benefits:

  • Salary of £28,579.20 based on a 40-hour contract. 35-hour contracts are also available.
  • Annual company bonus incentive
  • Employer pension contributions up to 8%
  • 33 days holiday per year (incl. bank holidays), with the option to buy up to 5 additional days
  • Invest in our business by setting aside salary to purchase shares in our company, and you’ll receive a company contribution as well.
  • Extra rewards ranging from recognition awards and team get togethers to helping you invest in your future.
  • Flexible working arrangements: you can choose to work in one of our offices or work from home - always having the option to come into the office if you’d prefer.
  • And more. Ours is a welcoming and close-knit community, with experienced colleagues ready to help you grow. Click here to find out more about our benefits.

Normal operating hours are Monday to Friday 8am-6pm.

Work hard, get rewarded

When you first join us, we’ve got to get you trained and ready to help others – it’ll be an intense but rewarding period of learning with our skilled and experienced trainers. During your first 12 months, you’ll prove you are able to deliver to the standards we and our customers need. We’ll support you every step of the way and help you to succeed. We absolutely recognise and reward hard work and determination, and we have exciting longer-term career opportunities for those who want to take them.
