The role
In this role, you will manage the setup of new cards & products and suppliers, liaising with suppliers on new line/range details to maintain accurate information including the update of price changes and licensing requirements. You will provide daily and weekly reports on sales to help drive performance and assist the Category Manager in product range selection. You will support the team with general administration and management of ranges on the website, and work with our design and visual merchandising teams to plan new product launches.
You’ll spend time understanding the retail landscape, undertaking competitor reviews and pricing audits as well as researching trends.

Reporting to the Category Manager you will assist in launching of new ranges across cards and personalised gifts, managing the new line process from set up to on sale and ensuring that our products are displayed effectively to our customers.
