C++ Developer – Automated Market Making
Who we are
We build automated systems trading options. We are operating as a market maker on major European derivatives exchanges and we are starting an exciting project to take advantage of several market opportunities that our desk has identified.
How we work
Our team is small and focused. All people work closely together: developers, trading desk and quants. We have very few external dependencies. The development team priotitizes the work with the trading desk to balance new features, bug fixes and maintenance. Our system is written in C++ and Python and runs on Linux. We are responsible for the full life cycle of the development process.
Who are we looking for
We are looking for a strong C++ developer with experience developing big, production facing systems. The candidate should be comfortable writing new code, reading other people's code, and debugging complex systems. We are looking for a person who is a self starter and is comfortable doing their own research when working on new features or debugging problems.
Required skills
- Experience building low latency systems.
- Proven experience working in C++ development.
- Proven experience working in UNIX development.
- Experience using git.
- Python.
- Good understanding on testing techniques.
- Attention to detail.
- Self starter.
Desired experience but not required.
- Understanding of option market’s structure.
- KDB.
- Data analysis.
