Location: UK, Fully Remote
Salary: £75,000 to £110,000 (Guaranteed figure in year 2)
Applause IT have an opportunity to join a distributed team of 20 C++ Software Engineers working for an organisation that is all about quality. You will be delivering software that is used by companies such as Coca-Cola and American Express. Everything this organisation does is C++, from their customer portal to sponsoring C++ foundations.
Your background does not need to be purely in C++ though. With no set deadlines, it is up to you to determine how long it will take to write quality code, giving you enough time to check every detail. The work you will be doing drastically reduces the time taken to do tasks, drives efficiency, creates impacts and ensures every business that takes advantage of your code operates at a higher level.
Desired Skillset:
- Extensive C++ knowledge
- Experience with compilers such as Visual C++ and Xcode
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- A degree in Computer Science, Maths or Physics
