On offer is a technical role where you will produce drawings and design work for Commercial & Residential Buildings. You will work with the structural engineers and contractor team where you will be working on exciting projects, delivering innovative, dynamic solutions.

The Role:

• Use 3D BIM modelling tools to create visual representations of structural designs.
• Assist in developing and presenting 3D models to convey complex structural concepts to stakeholders
• pivotal in the production of accurate and efficient construction drawings from 3D BIM models using Revit. Working closely with the company's structural engineers and liaising with different architects and contractors

The Person:

• Experience working as a CAD Technician
• Experience in the Residential or Commercial Buildings Sector
• BIM modelling experience
• Experience using Revit
